Check-in/Check-out Policies
This property has the following check-in and check-out times and policies:
Check-In: 3:00 PM
Check-Out: 11:00 AM
Late Check-out Hour: 4:00 PM
Late Check-out Fees: $30.00
Late check-out (after 11:00 AM and before 4:00 PM) may result in a fee.
Property and Cancelation Policies :
Life happens. We get that. We recognize that on occasions guests will book and subsequently find that they are unable to attend. In these situations, we ask our guests to notify us of their need to cancel as soon as possible.
Reservations are fully refundable 3 working days or more prior to check-in. Cancellation can be made without any charge.
Reservations cancelled 24 hours to 5 hours prior to check-in will be credited towards a future stay of equal or lesser value.
To cancel a reservation, please call us at (809) 571-0300. Cancellations received after 3pm the day prior to check-in will not be refunded or credited, and will be charged in full.
Terms and Conditions
The balance of the full amount is payable on arrival at check-in time. Please note that check-in cannot be completed until full payment and security credit card pre-authorization for the room has been received and approved. An electronic key is provided at check-in time after the full rental amount has been settled.
Later check-out times may be requested although we may not always be able to accommodate late changes and will depend on availability and on how busy we are.
At check-out time please drop keys into box located next to the reception at ground floor.
Upon check-in, a deposit with your credit card or debit card will be made for a security deposit to cover incidentals. The security deposit is not held and we do NOT charge your credit card.
Are we pet friendly? You bet! A maximum of two pets are allowed per room. No charge.
Please follow our pet policy:
1) You will be signing a waiver to respect our pet policy.
2) Make sure your furry friends do their business in the designated area and stay on a leash when outside the room. No rogue poppers and, sorry … no pets in the lobby or pool areas. Pets cannot be left unattended in rooms at any time.
3) While there is absolutely no pet fee, there is a US$25 deposit required in the form of a credit card or cash. Should your furry friend shed a great amount, have a potty accident in the room or damage property, a cleaning fee will be charged to the credit card or the cash deposit will be taken.
